"Helping children stay in school - Sharing love"

What is an MOU?

An MOU ("Memorandum of Understanding") is a type of agreement, a non-binding legal document, between two or more parties.

The main goal of an MOU is to establish a shared understanding between the parties. It helps them understand each other and the collaborative activities to be carried out.

Define the purpose

Creates a basis and framework for future joint activities and states the intention to cooperate clearly.

Show commitment

Commitments on financial contributions, communications and the use of brand images.

Responsibilities of each party

Once the goals and main roles are agreed, the MOU sets out the scope of each party's responsibilities.

"Businesses wishing to work with Tony Buoi Sang Foundation to contribute to society, strengthen community values and help disadvantaged orphaned children in Vietnam by signing an MOU with the Fund, please fill in the information as instructed below."
